Recipe: Chunky Tomato and Three Pepper Salsa (Hunt's recipe using diced and crushed toma

CHUNKY TOMATO AND THREE PEPPER SALSA

"A spicy salsa with a hint of citrus loaded with tomatoes, colorful bell peppers, onion, garlic and cilantro."

2 cans (14.5 oz each) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 (28 oz) can Hunt's Crushed Tomatoes
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup finely chopped red bell pepper*
1 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper*
1 cup finely chopped orange bell pepper*
3 large cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Stir all ingredients together in large bowl until well combined.

Cover; refrigerate 2 hours before serving.

*May use all yellow or orange bell peppers, if desired.

Makes: 39 servings (1/4 cup each)
