ISO: lemon cream dessert with graham cracker crust

I once had this REALLY good lemon cream thing, I remember the ingredients were lemon concentrate, and it had a graham cracker crust. The lady that fixed it called it "Doofus" but I cannot find any recipes for it anywhere,and I would ask the lady, but she passed away. Help please?
