ISO: liver and onions

Misc.
My dad's favorite dish is liver and onions and since he and I are fending for ourselves this weekend I want to surprise him and fix his favorite dish. I just need enough for one serving (I WON'T be joining him on this one and it will be the first time I DON'T eat my own cooking).

I won't (at least I don't think I will) be able to check to board after tonight so if you have a liver and onions recipe that you can put you hands on quickly I would be forever grateful and will report back on Monday to tell you how it went. Thanks a lot and I missed coming here. Corynne
