ISO: Local Sandwich Specialties

Misc.
I'm looking for recipes for U.S. local/regional sandwich specialties. Philly has its cheesesteaks, Louisiana has its po' boys, in Chicago they eat hot dogs topped with lettuce, tomato, hot peppers, and celery salt. Is there a sandwich that's a specialty in YOUR part of the U.S. but nowhere else? I'm looking for recipes from every part of the U.S., and anything will be much appreciated. Hot dogs, hamburgers, deli meats, hot sandwiches, subs/heros/hoagies, you name it, I'm interested.
