Re: Southern pulled pork

I found several recipes for Georgia-style barbecue sauce for pulled pork at the following URL:

They also have recipes for sauce from practically everyplace where they make REAL barbecue (i.e., south of the Mason Dixon line).

They don't tell you how to barbecue the pork (or beef), though -- they assume you already know how to do that. (If you don't, we're talking a slow fire using real wood or hardwood charcoal, water-soaked wood chunks for smoking, indirect cooking in a covered kettle grill or smoker, and LOOOOONNNNGGG cooking - 8 to 16 hours for some cuts of meat -- till the meat is falling off the bone.)
