Thank You: THANK YOU GINA!

Misc.
Thank you Gina,

I too am from Cuban/Puerto Rican parents and I was so glad to see that you too know that SALAMI is not part of an authentic Cuban Sandwich, for me it changes the flavor. I grew up in Miami and you are right about having the cafe con leche or an Ironbeer with a a nice thick cuban sandwich that most times you could not even finish. You are also correct in stating that most Cuban sandwiches I have had here in the Tampa, Clearwater area are too thin.

Folks, take the salami out and put more ham, pork and swiss cheese in the sandwich. You dont see latins putting chorizo in spaghetti. :)

Once again thanks! Keep it real.
