ISO: Looking for a recipe for cooking turkey packed with some type of salt

On the today show awhile back they talked about how to cook a turkey packed with some type of salt i don't remember the details but i know that at the end you crack the salt off and it left the turkey pretty much salt free and moist. i looked on their website but couldn't find it, any help with this recipe would be appreciated.
