Recipe(tried): Salt Crusted Turkey

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
Remove giblets and "stuff" from turkey and wash.

Coat the turkey with olive oil and rub generously with rock salt! Place in a oven roasting bag according to package directions and seal. Place on flat rack with roasting pan on bottom rack. (Seam side up)

Bake at 325 20 min/ lb for unstuffed 25/lb stuffed

When done baking poke hole in bottom of bag and drain (gravy!!)

The turkey comes out perfect! Promise!
