ISO: looking for cutout cookie made with cottage cheese

this was a recipe for a cut out cokkie that contained cottage cheese with little or no sugar! A little old polish lady had given it to me, which I unforunately
lost. I am a diabetic and would relly like to find this recipe again or one similar for diabetics. Miss the old fashion Christmas cookies, so Please Help me!! thank You, Cheryl
