ISO: Looking for recipes using nopales - cactus.

I am looking for recipes using "nopales".
I recently tried what I thought was fajitas made with green peppers but it was made with the cactus this lady got from my back yard. She called it "nopales", but it's really a flat pickly paddle-like leaf from this hugh cactus plant my dad had planted. This lady also said one day she would like the flower like buds from the ends of the cactus. She said it's very good.
