ISO: Luby's Fried Fish Rectangles

I am searching for the famous "block fish" recipe from Luby's Cafeteria! Not the catfish, the really crunchy rectangular fish, probably cod or haddock. Does anybody happen to have the 1st cookbook that Luby's put out? I believe it's in there, but not in their latest one! Phew! It is THE only protein that my 12 year old will eat....I MUST find the recipe!
