ISO: Make ahead yeast rolls

Misc.
I would like to make yeast rolls to serve at Thanksgiving dinner. I would prefer to NOT have to make them that day with all the other cooking going on that big day. You'll know I'm a novice by my question!! Can you make dough and let it rise ahead of time ? Say a day or two ahead? If so, must I make the rolls and bake them too ahead of time and reheat on Thanksgving? Or can I refrigerate dough after it has risen and bake rolls day of? Please advise. Thanks so much.
