ISO: Mama'a Gourmet Italian Ices

I am looking for the recipes for Mama's Gourmet Italian Ices. The ices are out of this WORLD. If any one is ever in the queens area, Cross Bay Blvd to be exact PLEASE stop in and get your self a small taste of wonderful!! We are starting to experiment with ice cream making at home and I would love to try these at home. Any recipes for the Italian Ices would do then we can just tweak as we go along. Thanks so much
