ISO: Mango Pinapple Salad Dressing

The most delightful dressing for a spinach salad I've ever tasted. I had this at a chic little restaurant in Weatherford, Texas called the "Whistle Stop". It was called Mango/Pineapple Dressing and it is a combo sweet & sour flavor in the form of a vinaigrette. Just a golden orange color and tangy to the palate.
