ISO: Marshmellow Fudge - question

Misc.
I tried the recipe SEVERAL times, from the jar of marshmallow creme. EVERY time, my fudge comes out like taffy, and does not harden to the right consistency of what fudge should be - it stays in the taffy stage. I would like to make some for the holidays, but I don't want this same thing to happen and to have wasted all the ingredients, times, etc.

Can anyone help? Any suggestions? Etc?
