MUELLER'S SPAGHETTI MOLD
1 package Mueller's Spaghetti
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper (to taste)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 cup grated cheese
2 eggs
Cook spaghetti as directed and drain.
Melt butter, stir in flour and add milk gradually; stir over low fire until mixture is smooth and thick.
Stir in seasonings and cheese. When cheese has melted, pour sauce onto slightly beaten eggs and mix well. Stir in spaghetti and fill greased casserole with spaghetti mixture.
Put dish in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven, 375 degrees F., 20 to 30 minutes.
Unmold onto hot platter and serve with grilled tomatoes, if desired.
