ISO: meringue candy recipe help
Misc.I have tried to make this candy and the batter doesn't get stiff and glossy. Could someone tell me how to fix this candy???
3 eggs whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinager
1 cup sugar
2 cups pecans
Beat the egg white til foamy. Add vanilla and vinager. beat in sugar one teaspoon at a time til stiff and glossy. Then fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Bake at 225 degrees for 10 minutes.
