AU-GRATIN POTATOES
6 cups potato slices
4 tbsp. margarine
4 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt- pepper to taste
2 cups milk
1 cup cubed Velveeta
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Boil potato slices until just tender. Drain; set aside.
Melt margarine, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once, cook quick stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and bubbles
Remove from heat and add cheese, stir till melted.
Layer potatoes and sauce in an 13x9-inch baking pan ending with sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
