ISO: Microwave apple cake
Misc.Hello Everyone,
Since I tried a Banana Cake recipe in the microwave and it was fabulous, I am now searching for an apple cake recipe I can make in the microwave. Preferably with actual apples and not just applesauce.
Since I prefer healthier eating, I'd rather it not have a large amount of oil or shortening in it.
I have done some searching on the Internet and I haven't found what I am looking for yet.
Just cakes or muffins. (I have many recipes for
Apple crisp.)
I'm anxious to see if anyone finds anything.
