ISO: microwave cooking

I am looking for a few of your favorite microwave only recipes to use in a youth work program that I run. We only have access to a microwave at this time. I have searched the site and found a few interesting links but I'd like to know of any recipes that any of you may have tried and had success with.

We can use the fridge, beaters, blender, & a toater but no oven or stove top available to us.
