Recipe(tried): Creamy Shrimp Dip

CREAMY SHRIMP DIP
Power Level: Medium (50%)
Total Cooking Time: 4 to6 minutes

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small can shrimp, rinsed, drained & chopped
2 Tbsp. dry white wine (opt), substitute white
grape juice.
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped chives

1. Place cream cheese and soup in a 1-quart casserole

2. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 4 to6 minutes
or until cream cheese is melted. Stir halfway
through cooking.

3. Stir in shrimp, wine, lemon juice and chives
until smooth.

4. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.

Recipe yield: about 2 cups

(Note: They'll talk about your dip!!!!)
