Recipe: Marinated Olives with Greek, Italian, or French Seasoning

MARINATED OLIVES

1 (6 oz.) can pitted California ripe olives, drained
Seasonings (see below)

Mix 1 can of olives and seasonings.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.

SEASONINGS:

GREEK:
2 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. each fresh lemon juice and Colavita Red Wine Vinegar and 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves.

ITALIAN:
2 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper.

SPANISH:
2 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp. Colavita Red Wine Vinegar, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 tsp. finely chopped chives and 1/4 tsp. each ground red pepper and paprika.

FRENCH:
2 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil and 2 cloves garlic, minced.

Makes 1 3/4 cups
