ISO: mushroom salsa from 3 Margaritas restaurant

We had some salsa made with mushrooms at 3 Margaritas restaurant. I've only had it once but it was excellent. I know it has mostly mushrooms, celantro, lime juice, onions, but I'm not sure what else. I want to make this for my son's birthday, he really liked it.
