ISO: need a low fat veggie dip recipe

I am looking for a recipe for low fat vegetable dip made in a blender with cottage cheese and spices. I tried it several years ago when my son was in head start, and it is a fat free recipe, which tastes exactly like ranch dip. Anybody have anything like this? I would appreciate it!
