ISO: Need a to die for dessert recipe.

We are having a bridal shower for my best friend's daughter. The entree will be a room temperature pasta dish and we will have a salad and rolls. I need a recipe for a knock-out dessert. I want something light but I have to make it for 40 people and I have to be able to transport it easily. Does anyone have a favorite "wow" dessert that would work in this situation? I really need your help. The shower is August 10th.
