ISO: Need help on amount of food needed for p

HELP!!!! A friend of mine is planning a party for about 80 people.
What she needs is advice on how much meat she will need. She plans on having
cold cuts, and she wants to make meatballs and sausage scallopini.

I would appreciate any advice and help you can give me. (As soon as possible)
The party is to be held on Nov. 6th.
