ISO: Need help with ideas for cold appetizers fundraiser for the Humane Society

The Humane Society is holding a silent auction. We are looking to serve cold appetizers. We want it to be classy, something like what would be served at a nice wedding. We are on a budget so cost is important. Also it would be nice if any knows of appetizers that could be made ahead and froze. Thanks from all the homeless pets!
