Recipe: Shake-Up Thousand Island Salad Dressing (Carnation, 1980's)

Salads - Salad Dressings
SHAKE-UP THOUSAND ISLAND SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup undiluted Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons instant minced onion

Combine all ingredients in jar. Cover and shake well. Chill.

Serve with choice of salad ingredients.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups
