CLASSIC GRAPE SALSA
2 cups coarsely chopped seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup diced fresh chilies (or diced, canned chilies)
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
Make at least one hour before serving so the flavors will meld. Refrigerate in a covered container.
Drain off excess liquid before serving.
Makes 8 servings
