ISO: need instructions for welbilt bread machine ABM-1L23

I bought a used Welbilt bread machine model #AMB-1L23. It came with no instructions on how to use. It is a double loaf maker and has the two paddles. I need to know if it needs anything else to make bread, instructions on how to use the machine and a recipe to make bread in it. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thank You
