ISO: Need recipes that will travel!!

Help!! All you foodies!! Am attending a family reunion in May a couple states away. I need help!! Does anyone have any recipes that can be prepared several days ahead and transported to site? Not worried about desserts but rather salads, meats, sides. I would really appreciate input.
