Recipe(tried): Maryland Macaroni Salad

Judy, I copied this recipe of Terrie/MD's a few years back, and I make it for cookouts all the time. Be sure to keep it cold until serving time. It still tastes good 4 days later, anyway. I've never had leftovers around longer than that.
