ISO: Need some help finding salad with chicken and peapods.

I've been asked to find a recipe for a baby shower for a salad which contains chicken and peapods. There will be other salads there (a tortellini salad, a pea salad...the old tried and true recipe from years ago...... and a caesar salad....)but this one is to be a main dish salad. I've looked online and searched here on Recipelink for Chinese Chicken Salad and Asian Salads but I would feel better if I knew that one of you had served the recipe before (I told my daughter that "my friends" at Recipelink would help me out!) The shower is in AZ on April 22nd. It is for my daughter that is having our first grandchildren (twin boys!) and my friend is having the shower. My other daughter is helping with the shower and she volunteered to make this salad because, "I know that my mom can find a good recipe." Can you help me? Thanks a million.
