ISO: Olga's Peasant Soup using gyro meat and barley (Olga's Kitchen)

I am looking for the Olga's peasant soup recipe. The only one I can find calls for ham hocks and lentils. I am looking for the one with the gyro meat, vegetable base, carrots, green beans, barley. I have moved down south and we do not have Olga's but I have been craving the soup. Any help is appreciated!!!
