ISO: ? on buttermilk
Misc. I recently came upon a restaurant recipe for Ranch dressing that we loved. The recipe calls for buttermilk which I haven't used in anything in quite a while. The store had Cultured Light Buttermilk and that is all so I got it. The recipe just didn't turn out the same and I'm wondering if the buttermilk was the problem. Does anyone know if there is more than one type and if so I'm guessing I needed just plain buttermilk?
