ISO: One skillet Lentils and rice dish (Jack Rabbit brand recipe)

Hi, there was a recipe on the back of a 'Jack Rabbit' brand lentils package, which was prepared in one skillet. It was simple and it included lentils, rice, onions and some spices. The company never returned my e-mail request for the recipe. I am wondering if anyone has a copy. I have searched the internet; but all of the rice and lentil recipes require several separate cooking procedures and are more elaborate than the back-of-package recipe. The recipe was available approximately 20 years ago. It was a simple, economical, nutritious and relatively quick main dish to make. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx, Nick M.
