ISO: oven ribs

Misc.

Hi Rich, if it is convenient, would you mind giving a few more details, concerning this interesting method for oven roasting ribs. I'd be curious to knowhat kind of ribs you suggest----spare ribs, or baby backs, or beef. Also, I'd like to know if you apply the sauce at the end of the cooking, or if you baste, every so often during that long stay in the oven.

Thanks at least for getting my attention!

Best wishes,
Jeff
