ISO: panchos mexican buffet green chili stew

I would like to know if anyone has a recipe for Pancho's Mexican buffet green chili stew. I used to be addicted to it. We no longer have one near town and I am going through withdrawals. I can't find any as good. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it!
