ISO: Peanut Butter Cup Tarts/Tassie?
Misc.ADVERTISEMENT
Recently heard of a recipe but need help finding it. It is a peanut butter cookie base put into mini muffin tins (about 1" ball pressed into tin) It is baked about 6-8 min & when taken out you put/press a peanut butter cup into it. It melts come & looks like a tart/tassie/cookie with chocolate center. Very impressive but not too hard to do but I would like the recipe. Thanks in advance.
