ISO: Peanut Butter Pie

Do you have the recipe for a Peanut Butter Pie? We lived in Rocky Mount, N. C. for 5 years and religiously went to a small cafe called "Carolina Cafe" every Friday night for desert. Their specialty was Peanut Butter Pie. It was the most delicous pie I have ever eaten, melted in your mouth. 5" HIGH. The owners, of course, would not part with their recipe. Hope you have heard of a good one
or were able to get a hold of this recipe.
