ISO: Pineapple Cheese Marshmallow Salad

I am looking for a recipe for Pineapple Cheese Marshmallow salad.
It is made with chunk pineapple, shredded cheddar cheese,miniature marshmallows.
You make a dressing from the pineapple juice, sugar,vineagar and an egg. But I cannot remember the exact measurements or the exact process-
I hope someone has this recipe in their recipe archives-
it is a wonderful salad and one that my mother used to make- she has passed and I would really like to share this with my family.
