Does anyone have the recipe of the Ike's Classic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing that Pizzeria Uno's served in the Grolsch green resealable beer bottles?

From the Uno's website, here are the ingredients and nutritional information for their Ike's Classic Vinaigrette. This should provide a hint to create a copycat recipe:

INGREDIENTS: red wine vinegar, soybean oil, burgundy wine, water, sugar, garlic, salt, spices, xanthum gum.
