ISO: Planet Hollywood Fried Lasagne

Misc.
When in Florida years ago I tried Planet Hollywood's Fried Lasagne. At least I think that's what it was called. It was a lasagne noodle spread with a filling (cheeses, spices, and finely ground meat) and then rolled up and "fried" or it appeared to be. There was a breaded fried coating on the outside surface of the lasagne roll. Chili's serves something similar. Does anyone have or know where I can get this recipe or something similar. I'd really like to duplicate it and have been tempted to try but am having trouble with a few things: 1)How is the noodle flexible enough to bend yet does not get tough or over done during the "frying"? 2)How is it that the filling does not ooze out the sides during cooking? Any help? Anyone?
