ISO: please how do you roast a capon

Can you please help me, I have a capon, insted of turkey for Chritmas dinner, could you please tell me how you cook a capon, and how long you have to leave it in the oven, Can you put stuffing inside the capon, and what vegetable is best to go with it. thank you
