ISO: Pork Loin Roast (not tenderloin)

Misc.

Bought some PORK LOIN ROASTS on sale (not tenderloin), tried cooking them
several ways (in the pot with BBQ sauce; in oven with potatoes/carrots/onions
and onion soup mix/water; on the stovetop shredded with taco seasoning) but
hubby still found it all bland and boring. Should I give up hope, or can
someone help?
