ISO: Pruzyen?? from bakery called Konyali in Istanbul
Misc.Have been to Turkey 3 times, it is a great place. This pastry is made in a bakery across from the train station and you have to get their early to get any. I think I could reproduce it if someone could help me a little. I believe it is almond paste wrapped in filo or some kind of pastry. Thanks
