ISO: Puerto Rican cookie recipe

I am looking for the name and/or the recipe for a Latin American (Puerto Rican?) snack cookie. They are tiny star-shaped cookies that had a drop of pastel colored royal frosting in the middle. They were sold in stores and I used to eat them as a child. Does anyone know the name of these little cookies and happen to have the recipe?
