ISO: Puerto Rican Style Pork w/Sweet Potatoes

Misc.
I clipped this recipe out of the Orlando Sentinel food section back some years ago and have since lost part of the recipe. It starts with 1 3 1/2 pound boneless shoulder butt pork roast, 2 T. soy sauce, 1/2 t. hot pepper sauce. It will make 8 servings and takes 2 1/2 hrs to cook. Any help would be appreciated.
