QUICK DESSERT
1 (2-layer size) box yellow cake mix
2 1/2 to 3 cups raw apples, chopped
1 cup half and half
3/4 cup sugar
Whipped cream (for serving)
Ground cinnamon (for serving)
Mix the cake according to the directions on the box. Put into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the chopped apples over the entire cake .
Mix the half and half and sugar together. Pour over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30-minutes. Set pan on rack to cool.
Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon over it.
