ISO: Ragu di Carne (Stellino's) - and cinnamon?
Misc.In Nick Stellino's book Cucina Amore, the notes for this recipe say "My Grandma Adele is responsible for the addition of the cinnamon." Nowhere in the recipe (either in this posting or in the book) is there an inclusion of any quantity of cinnamon! It sounds like an intriguing addition, but I'm wondering whether this is just a misprint in the book; or does anyone know how much cinnamon the author intended to be added? Thanks.
